友人Kさん宅が使用しているのを目にし、非常に使い勝手がよさそうで一目で惚れてしまったパスタパン。
満水6Lの大きすぎず小さすぎずの使い勝手の良い大きさ。（幅347×奥行き237×高さ247mm）
持ち手の部分もしっかりとした握りやすいフォルム。厚みもあるので持ちやすくてさほど熱くならない。
中カゴ（コランダー）がエキスパンドメダル（鋼板を機械加工により千鳥状に切れ目を入れ、同時にこれを押し拡げて菱形、または亀甲状の網目状に加工した製品）なので針金を編んで加工をしたものとは異なり、端部のホツレや網目のズレ・歪みがなく接合部分が一体なのでとってもしっかりとした作りになっており丈夫！
非常に細かい網目なので麺類等の湯切りの際は「おみくじ状態」にならない。
鶏ガラスープ、多めに作って冷凍ストックしておきたい煮込み系のお料理などなど麺類を茹でる以外に使用する機会も多く、長く愛用したい1鍋です。
