久しぶりに「ル・クール」でランチをいただきました。

ねっとりとした食感の新鮮な鱈にたっぷりしげファームのお野菜♪。お野菜もそれぞれが味が濃くシャッキシャキ！
予約必須！の「ル・クール」、この日のランチもすべて予約席となっていました。

１．豚のリエット→毎回本当にいくらでもいただけちゃうこのリエット♪。バゲットがいくらでも入ってしまいます。
２．サツマイモのポタージュ→こちらも「しげファーム」さんのサツマイモ。とってもなめらか濃厚でサツマイモの旨みが凝縮されたスープ。
３．ハチノス煮込みマスタード風味→メインはお魚orお肉の選択となるのだが、大好きなハチノスの煮込みと聞き本日はお肉を選択。柔らかで程よく食感の残ったトロトロハチノス。マスタード風味のソースなので後味のもったり感がなく濃厚でスッキリといただけるソース。

4．自家製チーズケーキとバニラアイス ラ・フランスとベリーのソース→キメが細かくしっとりとしたなめらかなチーズケーキとバニラの香りたっぷりのアイス。添えられたソースも上品な甘さのソースでいつもながら本当になめらかで美味しいデザート。小菓子のくるみのクロッカンとラスクもカリッカリでクルミの香ばしい香りがたまらない♪
それぞれの食材の美味しさを楽しめ且シェフの絶妙な味のバランス♪。1皿1皿にシェフの想いがたっぷり詰まったお料理の数々は本当に美味し～い！
旬の食材を生かしたお料理の数々、毎回「今日はどんなお料理が出てくるのしら？」とワクワクです♪
