私がタイで必ず購入して帰る物の１つに「石鹸」がある。
様々なスパ関連商品が揃うバンコクは石鹸の種類も豊富で、 毎回「この度はどの石鹸にしようかなぁ～♪」と石鹸をクンクン香りながら迷い選ぶのも楽しみの１つになっている。
100%ナチュラルの物を主に購入するようにしているのだが、自然な嫌みのない良い香り♪で様々な香りを楽しめる、洗い上がりの肌が「さっぱり&しっとり」の程よい感で洗い上がりの肌がカサカサしないと言う点でタイの石鹸をもう何年も愛用している。（あくまでもメーカーによって様々）
夏場はタックライのサッパリ系、夏の終わりは美白作用のあると言われているマンゴスチン、冬場はちょっとしっとり系の黒米etc・・・いろいろな種類の石鹸を1個づつ購入しては（同じ物が続くとあきちゃうと言うのもあって・・・）季節や肌の状態&その時の気分に合わせてチョイスして「プチ幸せ♪バスタイム」を楽しんでいる。
数年前のローカルスパでの100%ナチュラルお店オリジナルのウコンクリームで全身マッサージを受けた際、よく洗い流して着替えたつもりではあったが、その日はすごくムッ～として湿度が高く暑い日でもあり家まで帰るまでの間に汗と共に流し足りなかった？肌にウコンが相当浸透していた？ウコンの黄色が知らず知らずのうちにシミシミしており、家に着いて「暑～！まずはシャワーだ～!」と着替えて始めたら何とな～くと言うかほんのり所々着ていた物にウコンの黄色がシミシミしていて あわててまずは洗濯！と言うとにかく「ウコンで全身まっ黄黄！体験」をしたのだが、マッサージ直後とその後の肌の何とも言えないスベスベしっとり感がとにかく長く持続しビックリ！だったので、それ以来すっかり「ウコンファン♪」となり、必ずウコン石鹸も購入するようになった。
この夏購入し、9月～10月にかけて約1カ月間使用した結果◎♪だったのがpranaliのウコン石鹸。 今まで使用してみたウコン石鹸中で1番私の肌に◎！のウコン石鹸だった。
もろ「ウコン」の香りでマンゴスチンやタックライetc・・・の石鹸ように「う～ん、いい香り♪」とはいかないものの、泡もなめらかで肌に吸いつくような泡。洗い上がりの肌は程よくしっとり感が残りウコン石鹸だけの効果！とは言い切れないが、例年に比べて夏の日焼け後の肌のダメージが少ないように思う。（ pranaliのウコン石鹸が終わり、今HARNNの黒米石鹸に入ったのだが、何となくpranaliのウコン石鹸の時の方が私の肌には◎のような・・・）
もう一つ私が「ウコン効果か？」と思ってしまうのがタイ人のNちゃんの肌を見て触っての事。
Nちゃんは小さい頃、お母さんが毎日クロックで叩いた生ウコンを「虫余け（現在の虫よけスプレー代わり）体中に塗ってくれていたそう。 「私が小さい頃は毎日全身まっ黄黄！だったのよ～」と。
その肌といったら40代半ばを過ぎてもキメが細かくスベスベ。 色は黒いが顔にはシミ一つ無い！
くあれだけ紫外線を浴びている日々にもかかわらず、羨まし～い位の肌なのだ。
