Asai Spa誌で世界のトップスパ150に選ばれている「Pranali（プラナリ）」
医師夫婦が創始者である「pranali」のスパプロダクトは全てノンケミカル商品。世界中の五つ星ホテルのスパなどで使用され、特に高級リゾートホテルで使われる事が多いとのこと。
この日は混合肌に酸素供給↑し肌の色ツヤ張りを取り戻すコースOxygenating Facial→70分 2,000バーツ（約￥5,600-）とボディーは炭を配合したスクラブのコースDetoxify Charcoal Polish→40分、1,700バーツ（約￥4760-）の2つを選択してみた。
店内はアジアンスパと言う感じではなくホワイトを基調としたシンプルな内装。
施術の個室内もホテルのスパのようには広くはなく、見た目もシンプルではあるが落ち着く空間。
エステシャンのおねーさんも流暢な英語の丁寧できめ細かな説明とサービス。セキュリティーBOX完備、照明、ヒーリングミュージック、空調etc・・・の設備調整、タオルの数や備品他、１つ１つ細かな配慮がやはりローカル・半ローカルスパとは違う。
ベットもテンピュールのような感じで体にフイットし、心地よい柔らかさで気持ちがよく（電動リクライニング）寝そべった瞬間から「あ～幸せ♪」。
まずはボディーから。エッセンシャルオイルとホットタオルで足のマッサージから入り、スクラブマッサージ（デコルテ、背中も念入り）→ホットブランケットに包まれしばらくここちよ～い温度で蒸されてヌクヌク幸せ状態→シャワー。
シャワー後は何だか悪い物がスッキリ取り除かれたと言うか、一皮向けた！と言う感じで非常に気持ち良い♪サッパリ！
引き続きフェイシャルに入ったものの程よく温まったベットとフイット感が気持ち良くいつしかｚｚｚ・・・。
「マダ～ム、終了しましたよ・・・」との声と共に揺り起こされ、寝ぼけ眼で頭はボ～ッ。
もう終わってしまったのか・・・、もうしばらくこのまま眠っていたい・・・！
なので何がどう行われていたのかほとんど？なのだが、とにかく気持ちが良かったのと終了後の肌の感じはデレ～ンとした皮膚がキュ～っとしまった感大！肌細胞が詰まった～！と言う感じ。いやいやとにかく「やはり違うなぁ～♪」と言う驚きの肌感であった。
スパ後の肌の持続日数もやはりローカル・半ローカルスパに比べて長く、肌のキメとハリの持ちが良い。
通えるものなら月１でもいいから通いたい・・・（泣）。
帰国前にもう1度！と思うもののすでに帰国まで1週を切っておりこの度は断念。
又半年後のpranaliを楽しみに頑張るわぁ・・・。
