タイ名門ファミリー出身の女性がオーナーと言うこのお店の店内は、天井が高く、天井までの大きな1枚硝子の窓が並び、明るく内装はシックで落ち着いた雰囲気♪。
けっこういいお値段するのかも？と思いきや、宮廷料理、ベジタリアン料理を含むお料理は良心的なお値段が並んでいる。

1．Rosellr（ハイビスカス）ジュース→私はガムシロップを入れず自然の甘さでいただく方が好み。程よい酸味とこの濃いワインレッドがビタミンC補給補給！と言う感じで、買い物後の乾いた喉に染みる～。（75バーツ約￥210-）
２．ラープ トウフ→ベジタリアンメニューより大好きな豆腐のラープをチョイス。「辛くしてね～♪」とオーダー。オーダー通り辛さは目がウルル(泣）ものでしたが、フレッシュなパクチーファラン、カオクワの香ばしい香り、酸味のバランスも良くサッパリしていながら旨みのある美味しいラープ トウフである。（110バーツ￥約308-）

3．クイティオ スコーThai→バンコクでのレッスンの際、具とトッピングの種類の多さに・・・。 「流石宮廷麺料理！こりゃ作るのが大変だ・・・」と思った1品。（ しかし、手間はかかるが旨い！）
クイティオ スコータイ、スープは鶏ガラベース、ザラメと黒糖etc・・・、入った上品な甘さで優しくコクのある深い味わいのスープ♪。
レッスンの時の手間を思うと105バーツ（約￥294-）でいただけるなんて「キャ～～～♪」もの！ 迷わすオーダーする。（105バーツのクイティオ スコータイ、はたしてどのような姿で出てくるのか？期待大！）
まずは調味量類は入れずにスープからいただく。
「お～いし～い！」
タイ料理にかかわらず通常麺料理のスープを飲み干す事など無い私ですが、この度は飲み出したら止まらない！スープも残らずいただいてしまった。
セントラルワールドで買い物をする際、又ここでランチし～よう！
まだまだ気になるメニューも多々あったので、1度夜に皆であれこれいただいてみたい！とも思う。
