店内はタイの市場を描いた絵画が多数飾られ、スタイリッシュで落ち着いた雰囲気。
タイ料理に魅せられたオーストラリア人シェフが料理を担当、一流ホテルでも活躍したタイ人女性のフードエキスパートが材料の調達他を仕切り、コンセプトは「昔ながらの純粋なタイの味をモダンなプレゼンテーションで」と言うタイ料理店である。
中には「これは何？こんなの注文した？」と言うような頭の中で想像しているタイ料理と目の前に運ばれたお料理が結びつかないようなとっても斬新な盛り付けのお料理もあったりするのだが、伝統的なタイ料理の味とメニューをしっかりと守りつつシェフの遊び心がプラスされたモダンな一皿一皿で、お二人のプロのコラボタイ料理を目と舌で楽しめるお店である♪。

１．マルガリータ→こちらのマルガリータはキリッと辛口。私好み♪
２．カピのディップ →さっぱりしたグァバとの相性も◎！
３．茄子のサラダ→爽やかなミントの香り♪。そのままいただくとかなり辛い！しかし、添えられた有頭エビにあるエビの味噌、半熟玉子のトロトロの黄身と共にいただくことによってまろやかなコクのあるヤムマクワとなり、美味し～い！

１．トントロのピリ辛い炒め→トントロが柔らかくジュシー♪
２．牛スネ肉のパネンカレー→牛筋ホロホロトロントロンマイルドなパネン。
３．MIXベジタブル炒め→キバナノクリンザクラの花とココヤシ胚乳の炒め物。灰汁が無く甘みを感じる見た目竹の子のようなココナツの胚乳は姫皮のような物と里芋のようなねっとり感のある食感もあり美味しい。

1.タプティムクロップ→上品な甘さのココナツミルクのシロップ。クワイはコリシャキ、コーティングはプリプリツルツル♪でおいし～い！
２．本日のスペシャルロチョーン→う～～ぅん旨～い！！！ 久しぶりに感動もの♪のロチョ～ンである。フレッシュなトゥーイの香りと味が口の中で広がり、深くて鮮やかな緑色がとても美しい♪
いづれもココナツミルクシロップはティアン・オップ（香り蝋燭）で燻された独特の甘い香りがほんのり香り、とても美しくて美味しいデザートだった。
平日の夜と言うのにオープンエリア席も含めこの日は満席。（別の日の平日の夜に再度訪れた際も店内の席はすでに予約で満席だった）
お料理１品１品の素材のクオリティも◎！とにかく私の中で気になるお店で有る事は間違いなく、次回のバンコクの際も「Bo・Lan」のお料理を又味わい、楽しみたいと思っている。
