以前Tさんより雪の下人参のマリネをいただき、雪の下人参の美味しさを教えていただいた私は、松代駅にある道の駅松代ふるさと会館内のショップで雪の下人参ジュースを目にし、「きっと美味しいに違いない♪。とりあえずは飲みきりサイズの小瓶にしてみ～よう！」と2~3本手にしてレジに向かった。
するとレジのおば様が 「このプレミアムはね、ここ松代駅とQVCのみの販売なのよ。お勧めよ~♪」と。
「えっ？プレミアム？」
「雪の下人参」と言う文字以外は詳しくラベルを見て手にしていなかった私は再度人参ジュースのコーナーに戻りよくよく見てみる。確かにネットなどで見かけた「雪の下人参のジュース」、「雪の下人参プレミアム」、「りんごとのMIXプレミアム」の3種類があった。
せっかくなので人参プレミアム2本、MIX1本を購入。
「濃厚だから飲む時はよ～く振って飲んでね～♪」と言われ、 キュ～ンと冷えたジュースを手にして、その場です ぐに1本飲みたくなり、早速よ～く降っていただいてみた。（人参プレミアム）
「お~いしい！」完熟トマト&フルーツシュースのよう。やはり独特の人参のクセが無い！すりおろしをいただいているような感覚に近い濃厚さ、「体に良さそう～♪」と言う感じ。
人参独特のクセが好きな方には人参はどこ？と言う物足りなさを感じるかもしれない・・・。私のように食べられないわけではないけど人参はあんまり・・・と言う方、人参嫌いのお子様には◎！
「これはもうあと何本か買って帰るしかない！」
すでに閉店時間がせまり閉店準備が始まっていたのだが、「すみません！プレミアム美味しいです！ください！」と再度ショップに駆け込むと、 「そうでしょう～♪、プレミアムはね・・・」と人参とジュースについてのお話しをしてくださった。
雪の下人参→3~4メートルもの雪の下で冬を越し、3月中旬～4月下旬に除雪をして収穫された人参で糖度が通常の人参より高く、独特のクセがない人参。
雪の下人参ジュース→人参とレモン果汁、梅エキスから作られており、
ネットなどで目にするタイプ→人参を60%使用のジュース
プレミアム→限定地域で生産された厳選人参を90%使用のジュース
