「善屋さんへお蕎麦を食べに行っかな～い？」とYちゃんからお誘い。
久々の「食べたい！と思ったら車でGO！」新潟十日町市松代にある「善屋本店 善善」へ日帰りGO！となりました。
休日だった為多少の渋滞は覚悟して出かけたものの、お昼過ぎに出た事もあってか？非常にラッキーな事にこの日は渋滞知らず。新潟に入り雨となり1部大雨で速度をゆるめたものの約3時間半弱で松代に到着。（これだけスムーズに流れていると楽♪）
お店に到着したのが4時30分近く、「準備中」の札が出ていたのですぐ近くの松代駅にあるふるさと会館（道の駅）でしばし十日町市の地産品をチェック。そろそろいいかなぁ～と善屋さんへ戻った所なんと「本日はお蕎麦が完売の為終了いしました・・・」と言う張り紙！
「？？？さっき準備中だっよね（泣）・・・。」しばし呆然・・・。
そもそも「食べたい！いきなり車でGO！」しかたがない。
2年？3年？ぶりの善屋さんだったので、せめて社長か奥様にご挨拶だけでも・・・とまだ灯りの灯るお店の勝手口に周ってみる。
社長、奥様はすでにご自宅に戻られたとの事、夕方の忙しい時間帯ではあったがお隣のご自宅へ、ご挨拶に向かった。
2年？3年？ぶり、しかも「ゲリラ訪問」にも関わらず「さあさあ、あがってあがって」と暖かく迎えてくださった。（感謝！）
この日、昼間から物凄～く忙しく、早々にお蕎麦が完売となった為時間より早くお店が終了となったとの事。
結局、ご挨拶だけ・・・がしっかり奥様の手料理&お蕎麦をいご馳走になってしまった。

１．エゴ（おきゅうと）→福岡中心に九州地方で食されている天草とはまたちがった海藻加工品。こちらでは「エゴ」と呼ぶそう。酢みそでいただく。シャリシャリプリッモチッという独特の食感で夏にピッタリの1品。
２．全て地産物。（右上）きゅうり・なすの自家製浅漬け。（左上）えだ豆。（手前）姫竹、こんにゃく、いんげん、ゼンマイの煮物。→とにかく お野菜新鮮！見事なゼンマイ→これがまたクセがなくシャキシャキプリプリゼンマイ。味付けも最高！お箸が止まらない。

1．.私達の為に急きょ用意してくださった松代蕎麦。お蕎麦が美味しいのは勿論の事、善屋さんの蕎麦汁もこれ又美味しいんです♪
２．善屋さん自家製松代ワサビ→この辺りは鉄分の多い土壌との事。すりおろした感じは一般的な「わさび＝緑」と言うわさびの緑にうす茶がかったよう。「和わさび」と「西洋わさび」を合わせた感じ。
３．のびる（ユリ科・ねぎ属）→こちらでは「のびる」を「少しづつかじりながら」お蕎麦をいただく。ピリ辛感がお蕎麦に良く合う。
「とうもろこしと枝豆のおこわ」→松代のお祭り&花火大会予定日だった為奥様のお母さまもいらっしゃり、お母さまお手製のおこわもいただく。お米がツヤツヤピカピカ！流石新潟！お~いしい！
自家製わさびの茎の含め煮もこれまたこれだけでお酒がいただける美味しさ♪で、本当にどれもこれも美味しゅうございました！ご馳走様でした。
本当に夕方のお忙しい時間にゲリラ訪問、申しわけございませんでした・・・。社長&奥様、おばあ様のお心に感謝です！
すっかりご馳走になってしまった上、お土産まで沢山持たせてくださり本当にありがとうございます！秋に又お会いできますのを楽しみにしております。
