ガパオ（ホーリーバジル）を収穫しました♪。
何しろ無農薬の為、すぐにおんぶバッタにやられて葉が穴だらけ！
もうしばらくこのまま育てておきたかったのですが、このままだとおんぶばバッタに全て食べつくされ、お料理には使えずに終わってしまいそう・・・。なので、「収穫だ！わ～い♪」と言うよりも「思い切って根こそぎ全部抜いてしまった・・・」と言う状況です（笑）。
なかなかレッスンで使用したい！と思う時とガパオのベストな状態とのタイミングが合わないのが現状ですが、昨日のレッスンにはこのガパオを使って「クイティオ パット キーマオ タレー（シーフードのピリ辛幅広ライスヌードル炒め）」を作る事ができました。
十六ささげ（トゥワ フアック ヤーオ）はツルが3メートル以上とすくすくと伸びておりますが、未だ花が咲かずちょっと不安・・・。
This site appears to recieve a great deal of visitors. How do you get traffic to it? It offers a nice unique spin on things. I guess having something useful or substantial to give info on is the most important factor.
