山椒の香りと辛さが効いた巴蜀の成都マーボー豆腐。なかなか身近で山椒の効いたマーボー豆腐を食することが難しく、久しぶりに山椒の香りと辛味たっぷりの美味し～い♪マーボー豆腐！をいただく事ができた嬉しい♪1品。
巴蜀は都営地下鉄岩本町駅から歩いてすぐ。靖国通り沿いのオフィスビルが並ぶ中、明るく灯ったイルミネーションが目につくのですぐに「あっ、あそこだ！」と解る。
友人のTちゃんから「岩本町にある四川料理に行かない？マーボーお勧めよ～♪」との連絡をいただいて以来山椒の香りと辛さが効いた四川マーボー豆腐が無性に食べたくて食べたくて・・・の日々だった。
この日は朝から曇りがちのお天気ではあったものの四川料理&ビールがピッタリの蒸し暑い１日。まずはビールで乾杯、早速マーボーを含めお料理を注文。

１．四川風苦瓜の冷菜→苦みの後から程よいピリッ辛感。苦瓜&辛いの大好きな私はもりもりいただける。ビタミンたっぷりとったわ～感いっぱいの1品。
２．湖南のよだれ鶏→通常のよだれ鶏を注文した際、「メニューには載ってないけどこれから載せようと思ってる湖南のよだれ鶏、こちらもお勧め」と言われ、じゃあせっかくだから湖南にと湖南のよだれ鶏を注文。タレに五香粉の香り、鶏がとても柔らかくジュシ～。
３．唐辛子と山椒風味の鶏の唐揚げ→素揚げされた唐辛子の量にビックリ。唐辛子の中に鶏がチラホラと言う感じ。鶏は辛くなく、素揚げ唐辛子が香ばしく「ほ～ぅ、辛っ」と言いながらもついついクセになり手が出てしまう。

４．本日の青菜炒め→（空芯菜だった）５．黒酢のすぶた→お肉は柔らかくジュシー、黒酢はやはり美味しいですね♪マーボーから始まり辛いお料理続きだったの和みの2品。
６．子羊のクミン炒め→子羊&クミンと言う言葉に思わず目が止まり注文。クミンの香りが効いているThaクミンと言う1品であった。
四川坦々麺（汁無し）→こちらも山椒の香りが香るマイルドな辛さ。の汁無し坦々麺。麺も中国・台湾で出てくるちょっと白っぽいあの中華麺。私、汁無しが好み♪〆の1品に最高！おいし～い♪
涙目で「ほ～ぅ、ほ～ぅ」言いながらロックの紹興酒を何杯いただいたであろうか・・・。
念願の山椒が効いた美味し～い♪マーボーをはじめ、久しぶりに涙目・汗タラリしながらの美味しく楽しいひと時でした。 Tちゃん、Yッシーさんありがとう！
