バラの花の形をしたバナナケーキ（トッピングはアイシングでなくホワイトチョコレート）
「美味し～い！どちらのお店のケーキですか？」
一口いただいた瞬間このケーキがどこのケーキか知らなかったらおそらく誰もが訪ねてしまであろう そんな美味しいスイーツを私は毎月いただいている♪♪
今まで何度もUPしようと思ってはいたものの、なかなか美味しさをお伝えできるような写真が撮れず・・・まだまだなのですが（お菓子は難しい！）、 今日は私が毎月いただいている美味し～いスイーツをご紹介！
Nさんのケーキの美味しさをご存じの方も多く、皆さんから「美味しい！プロ！お店出して～！教えて～！」との声が聞こえてくる。
あんずのタルト、レアチーズ、白桃のコンポート＆セリー
バレンタインの時のチョコレートケーキ、 クリスマスバージョンcupケーキ
とにかく生地のキメの細かさ、それぞれの生地の食感、クリームのなめらかさ、甘みのバランス、味の深さと繊細さ、フオークを入れた時の何とも言えない感覚etc・・・。
Ｎさんのケーキをはじめていただいた時、まず目ですごい！一口いただいてこれはすごい！プロだ！と私は思った。
お菓子作りは計量の段階から全ての工程に神経を使わなくてはならない、オーブンのクセもある、気温にも影響される、重労働！etc・・・。
スイーツ作りは「よ～し、この日に作るぞ！」と前々から決めてかからない限りなかなか私は・・・、もっぱらいただく側である。
Nさんは自由が丘の有名なスイーツのお教室他に通われおり、ご自宅でも日々スイーツの研究を重ねていらっしゃる。
もう何種類Nさんのスイーツをいただいた事だろう・・・本当に毎月美味しいスイーツをいただけて私は幸せ！である。
「スイーツを習うならNさん！」と私は密かに決めている（フフフッ・・・）
