クラブのメニューの１つである「クワイ カリー」
パイのように軽くてサクサクと言うよりも（パイ+パン）÷2と言う感じで、素朴なサクホクと言う食感で、パイと比べるとしっかりとしていてあっさりとした生地。
温度管理もさほど必要なく、発酵も無しでおもったより簡単。
具は鶏肉、ジャガイモ他、甘みもあるカレー味で、ドライカレーのような感じでもいただけるし、レタスなどに包んでいただいても美味しい。お子様でもOKなカレー味。
レッスン時に皆さまからは「かわいい～♪」と言う声をいただきました。
ついつい手がでてしまうお酒のおつまみにもなる1品です！
