「ジャンルを問わず自宅に有る食材調味料とその日目にした旬の食材で作って食べる」ランチ。
今日のこのランチのきっかけは、以前からちょくちょく私はKさんのお料理をいただいており、私はKさんが作るお料理の味が大好きで（Kさんの調味料の微妙な加減が私は好み！）「Kさんのご家族は毎日こんなお料理を食べれるのだから幸せだろうなぁ～・・・」と常々思っており、Kさんがいつも家族に作っているお料理をいつか教えてもらいたい！と言う私の思いから始まった。
「そんな～、本当に普通の家庭料理だから教えるなんて・・・」と言うKさんだったのですが、「私も一緒に教えてほしいなぁ～」と友人のＹさんの一言もあって、「じゃあ、メニューも当日買い物に行ってみんなで決めて皆で作ってる！」と言う事なら・・・とOKして下さり本日のランチとなった！
KさんもYさんお二人ともお料理上手なスーパー主婦である。
１０時３０分集合→いなげの里 わくわく広場 小仲台店にて買い物→Kさん宅で調理→ワインをいただきながらランチ。
