雨の中Nさんが採りたての旬のそら豆を沢山届けてくださいました！
しかもすぐにいただけるよう殻をはずした状態にして更にはゲランドのお塩と共に～♪
豆類が大好きな私はお昼にいただこう思いつつプリプリとしたそら豆を目にしていたらやはり我慢できず・・・、まずはシンプルにお豆の味を楽しもう！と早速ゲランドのお塩と共に塩茹にしてツマミはじめてしまいました（止まらない・・・）
大粒のプリプリとしたそら豆！Nさん、「ちょっと色が・・・なので重層を・・・と」ご連絡をいただきましたが全然OKきれいなお豆ちゃんです。
採れたてのこのそら豆、味が濃く甘みもあり、「そ・ら・ま・め～」と言う独特のクセと旨みがたっぷり！私は皮ごといただけちゃいます♪
見るからに美味しそうな色と質感のゲランドのお塩。
ブルターニュ地方で1000年以上の歴史を持つ古式製法の天日海塩。
旨みと深みのある優しいお塩で、塩だけでなめていても美味しい！
