夜はゆっくり静かに金沢のお鮨とお酒を堪能したい！
金沢西口からタクシーで片道1500円位、士野中町と言う静かな住宅街の中にある「鮨 八や」
比較的新しいお店でまだ運転手さんも知らない事も多いとの事でしたが、やはり迷いました。
今宵はたっぷりいただきます！ご主人にお任せでお願いした。
１．鯖の棒鮨、槍烏賊、イイダコ煮 ２．ひらまさ ３．真鯛の上澄み仕立て
４．カワハギに蒸したキモを包んだ1品 ５．車エビ ６．フグの白子焼き
７．炙りまぐろ ８．ホタルイカ煮黄身酢添え ９．ノドクロのゆうあん焼き、ハタハタ西京焼き
10．こはだ 11．マグロ赤身づけ 12．活ガスエビ
13．甘エビ、卵と蒸し味噌のせ 14．まぐろ 15．のどくろ
16．焼きあなご 17．出汁巻きたまご、甘エビのすり身入り厚焼き卵 18．もうお腹がいっぱい！
途中何度もおかわりをしたガリ。ガリ好きの私にはたまらないお酢と甘さ加減。
すし飯の具合もお酢の加減も非常に◎！
煮物の味加減も添えられた黄身酢やもみじおろし真鯛の上澄み汁etc・・・素材本来の味を生かした上品な優しいお味！
美味しい食事にお酒もすすみ、エンジン全開！この日いただいた地酒は、
吉田蔵（大吟醸）、加賀誉、菊姫（清酒）、常きげん 雷神（吟醸）etc・・・。
「東の横綱」と言われた頃の私に戻って久しぶりに飲みました！
ご主人の丁寧な仕事ぶり、何処かでみたこの目・・・そう！千葉市中央区にあるフレンチのル・クールのご主人と同じキラキラ目でした。
笑顔がとっても素敵な奥様とお二人でなさっている「鮨 八や」（はちや）さん、美味しい物をゆっくり楽しみながら堪能できる素敵なお店でした。
久しぶりに帰りのタクシーの中での記憶が無く、いつホテルについたのか・・・。
あっという間にダウンでした。
