バンコクでの天然酵母のパン

RIMG1017.jpg天然酵母を使って生地のしっかりした噛めば噛むほど味が出る素朴なバンが好きな私。

Via Ton Tonの天然酵母を使ったパンの生地はけっこう好きな部類に入り、ついつい買って帰ってきてしまいます。

この日はクロワッサンと焼きカレーパンを購入。

サクサクモチモチであまりバターバターしていないクロワッサン(私の好みのタイプ)。

焼きカレーパンなので油っこくなく懐かしさを感じる具のカレー(個人的にはもうちょっと辛さが欲しいのですが・・・)。

あんぱんも美味しいです。

見るとついつい買ってしまうVia Ton Tonのパンです。
