ドック ブア→ハスの花と言う名前の付いた揚げ菓子。
蜂蜜が入っているので蜂蜜の香りとやさしい甘さを感じる外はぱりぱり中はモチモチの揚げ菓子で、揚げべったら焼きと言う感じ。
けっこうおもたい（油が）お菓子なので何個もいただけると言うタイプではない。
しかし、どこか懐かしさを感じる素朴な揚げ菓子で、食べだすと結局いつも１個はしっかりいただいてしまう事になる。
