あちこち周っていたらランチを食べるタイミングをはずしてしまい「さあ、ランチにしよう！」て気分でも無くなってしまった。でもちょっとお腹に何か入れたい・・・。そんな中途半端な時間とお腹の空き具合だったので パッタイのcup麺を買って帰ってきた。
耐熱プラスチックの容器の中にはクイティオセンレック、かやく（ネギと豆腐）、粉末調味料、オイル。蓋には日本のcup焼きソバのように麺がもどったらお湯を捨てる穴が有。
レンジで約2分チンしするか、お湯を注いで待つこと5分、お湯を捨て調味料をあえるだけ。フォーク付きってのも嬉しい。
早速レンジでチン！
まずは粉末調味料のみよく麺に絡ませていただいてみる。
チリソースがけっこう効いてる甘さ控えめのピリ辛味。
油っこいのはイヤなので油は少量にしみたが、ちょっと一味物足りない・・・。「う～んインスタントだからこんなもんか・・・」と。
「そうだ！砕いたピーナッツが冷蔵庫に残ってるはず！」と思い出し加えてみたらけっこういけるいける！（ナームマッカムも少々加えたらもっと美味しさはUPすると思ったけどこの度はこの度は省略）
写真に写っている様なエビはかやくに入って無い、お湯で戻ったドライ豆腐はフゴフゴした油揚げみたいだけど1箱24.5バーツ（約￥70）。手軽なこのインスタントパッタイちょっと作るの面倒、小腹が空いた時などなかなかいいんでない？と。
