芋、栗、豆が大好き！お正月にはやはり黒豆がないと寂しい私です。
毎年楽しみにしている「黒豆が炊けたのでいらして～」と言う嬉しいお電話を今年もいただきました。
「楽しみにしておりました！すぐに伺います！」と早速いただきにあがりました。
今年もみごとな大粒の丹波新豆、お味はもちろん最高に美味しい！
お豆も立派なのですが、3日かけて作っていただいたTさんこだわりの黒豆は本当に美味しく、1度いただいてしまうと他の黒豆では物足りなくそれこそ市販の黒豆は食べれなくなってしまう美味しさ！なのです。毎年この黒豆をいただくとと改めて年の瀬を感じます。
70代半ばになられるTさんですが、今年はTさんの黒豆ファン宛てに12件発送したと伺いました。今年は宅配便の集配が思った予定より早めに来た為コンポーが間に合わず、ヤマトの集配のおにーさんに手伝ってもらちゃったのよ～との事。
「私が元気なうちは毎年頑張るわよ！味付けがおかしくなったらボケたと思って～。お豆が届かなかったらもうこの世にいないと思って。って皆さんにお伝えしてるのよ～」と笑っておっしゃっておられました。どれだけの量の黒豆を3日間かけ作ってくださっているのでしょう・・・、本当に感謝です！
プリプリツヤツヤのお豆に仕上げるののは煮汁の微妙な量と火加減、そして寒い所に一晩寝かせることによってよりお豆がシワシワにならずよりいっそう味が深まるそうです。「お豆にもその年の個性があって毎年炊く時の調味料の配合などが微妙に違うのよ～」との事でした。

This domain seems to recieve a good ammount of visitors. How do you advertise it? It offers a nice unique twist on things. I guess having something real or substantial to post about is the most important thing.
You could have not meant to take action, however I believe you could have managed to precise the frame of mind that lots of people are in. The sense of wanting to help, but not figuring out how or the place, is something a lot of us are going through.
