私は寒かろうが暑かろうが外でお蕎麦をいただく際は「冷たいお蕎麦」を必ずいただく。
麺類が大好きな私は、蕎麦&ラーメン(特に醤油味のスープ)など日本スタイルの麺もバンコク滞在中必ずは1度は食している。特にラーメンは、とんこつスープ、魚介スープ、ダブルスープ系などなど専門店の数も年々増えている。
タイのお蕎麦と言えば昔は麺のコシは無く、コシのある麺にあたっても麺ツユが甘かったりと、「ちょっと悲しいお蕎麦・・・」だった。
今では「麺は手打ち・自家製麺つゆ」と言うこだわりのお蕎麦屋さんから蕎麦割烹店まであり、バンコクに滞在中もお蕎麦を美味しくいただけるようになっている。
