調布市国領町にある東京YWCA国領センターでタイ料理講座を行いました。
1968年、1800坪の緑豊かな環境に建つセンターは、初めて訪れた方が思わず「とても良い環境ですね～」とおっしるような静かなホッとする場所で、都内にいることを忘れさせてしまいます。
調理室に隣接された広々とした試食スペースには明るい日差しが差し込み、皆さんで調理したお料理を味わいながらゆっくりと楽しいひと時を過ごす事ができます。
本日のレッスンメニューは、ヤムタックライ(レモングラスのサラダ）、パットウンセンサイカイ（春雨の炒め物）、ブァロイサームシー（温かいココナツミルクの3色白玉団子）。
お集まりいただいた皆様と楽しいひと時を過ごせた1日でした！
