先週友人のTちゃんが「無農薬有機栽培のタックラーイ（レモングラス）を沢山頂く事になってるんだけど使う？使うなら送るよ～」と連絡をくれ、楽しみにしていた静岡産の無農薬有機栽培のタックラーイが本日届いた！
コロッとした肉厚の立派なレモングラスで、タイ料理にはとっても大切な根に近い年輪のような紫色の部分が通常タイ食材店から取り寄せるレモングラスよりたっぷり！
しばらくレモングラスの香りを味わった後、まずはそのままかじった。香りも味も濃い！！！
これは「ヤムタックラーイ（レモングラスのサラダ）」で生のレモングラスをたっぷり頂くのが1番！。今夜はこれから大好きなヤムタックラーイを作ってたっぷり頂こうと思う！
