TVのダイエット特集他で、朝食にバナナと水。後は好きな物をいただいても・・・と言う「バナナダイエット」が紹介されたからでしょうか？
昨日夕方遅くに近所のスーパー2軒買い物に出たのですが、野菜＆果物コーナーが何だかいつもと様子が違っていると思ったらいつもバナナが置いてあるコーナーが2件ともからっぽだった。
今までバナナのコーナーが空になっている様子は見たことがなかったのでビックリ！いつもあたりまえのように並んでいるバナナが無いと何だか殺風景。（バナナの黄色ってけっこう存在感あるんですね・・・。）
小さい頃からあたりまえのように食しバナナ実がどのように生っているかなんてあまり感心が無かった私でしたが、タイでみごとな実をつけたバナナの姿を間近に目にしてからはバナナへの関心度が変わりました。バナナの実のグリーンと鮮やかな紫の花、バナナって美しい！と感じてしまいます。
