今日のレッスンで作ったタイ菓子「カノム カオポット」。
トウモロコシが美味しい季節ならではの1品です。
お猪口より小さい専用のcupに生地を流して蒸しあげます。
もちもちとした甘さ控えめのココナツミルク味のういろうのような食感の生地とコーンの自然な甘味とプチプチとした食感が、これまたとってもあうんです。
素朴な素朴なお菓子です。
頂く時にはやはり専用のヘラでcupからはずしていただきます。
