
先日稲毛区にある「いなげの里 わくわく広場 小仲台店」へ買い物に行った際、青々とした立派な空芯菜が出ていたので思わず2袋買ってしまった。1袋250g位で¥110-だった。
栄養面では、ほうれん草の4倍のカルシウム、5倍のビタミンA、1.8倍のビタミンB、2倍のビタミンCにポリフェノールも含まる女性にとってとても嬉しい食材なのだ!
道の駅「やちよ」にもみずみずしく青々とした立派な空芯菜が出ていた。

(左)空芯菜の炒め物や(右)空芯菜の天ぷらのようにタイ料理で火を通して使われる空芯菜はタイ語でパッブン・チン(チン→中国)。日本でも最近手に入りやすくなった写真のような緑色の空芯菜。
タイでは空芯菜を生でもいただき、生でいただく空芯菜はタイ語でパッブン・タイと言って茎の部分が紫色の空芯菜。
おひたしにしておかかとお醤油でシャキシャキた食感を楽しみながらさっぱりいただくのも美味しい!ほうれん草に比べれるとアクは多いので、ちょっと苦味は感じるけれど、嫌味の無い苦さで苦さがクセになる。

This site seems to recieve a good ammount of visitors. How do you promote it? It gives a nice unique spin on things. I guess having something authentic or substantial to talk about is the most important thing.
