夜上海のXO豆板醤

s-2007.07.21 001.jpg先日M先生よりいただいた香港のお土産「夜上海のXO豆板醤」。

銀座の夜上海に結局行けずに終わってしまっていたのでお家で夜上海の味をいただける事になりました。

金華ハム、わけぎ、干しエビ、ニンニク、干貝、豆板醤,etc・・・。

様々な食材が詰まってます!と言う感じのペースト。香りもとても良く見るからに美味しそう!

こちらはいつもお世話になっている田川肉店の奥様から先日やはりいただいた北海道産の貴重な行者ニンニク(すぐに使えるようさっと湯がいて冷凍ストックしておいて下さった物)

クセのあるお野菜(ニラ、三つ葉、芹、春菊、セロリ、大葉、茗荷etc・・・)が大好きな私。行者ニンニクも初めていただいた時から大好物!

本日の夕飯は行者ニンニク、茄子、ピーマン、椎茸、味付けはXO豆板醤、お砂糖、ナムプラーで炒め物にしました。

夜上海のXO豆板醤がとてもコクと旨味のあるペーストなのでお砂糖とナムプラーは少々。

タイのナムプリックパオと比べるとソフトなピリ辛感。

 

 

本当はひき肉も用意していたのですが、すっかり忘れていて後で冷蔵庫を開けたらひき肉が・・・。

肉無しになってしまったけれど、XO豆板醤がとてもコクと旨味があったので肉なしでも十分美味しくいただけました。
