今年で5年目の夏を迎えるこぶ蜜柑。ガーデニングが趣味の１つである母にお世話をお願いしてしまっているのですが（私はお花は好きだがガーデニングオンチ、虫大嫌い！）実家に来てから10cmは育ったでしょうか？やはり1年中暑いタイとは違う事もあるのでしょうなかなか大きくなりません。冬の季節はお家の中の日の良く当たる温かい場所で過ごしています。
毎年この時期はちょっと目を離すと無農薬と言う事もあり、ギザギザの葉を発見した時はすでに遅し！アゲハチョウの幼虫がスクスクと育っており、夏が終わる前には丸坊主になってしまっています。
なんと今年は、「少しはkaoのタイ料理教室で使える葉が出来れば・・・」と、幼虫を見つけては庭にある蜜柑の木にお引越しさせる！と言う作業を日本滞在期間中父も（父もお花は好きだがガーデニングオンチ）この作業をしてくれていました。（感謝！）
今年からレッスンでこのバイ・マックルートが登場する時もあることと思います！
面白い物で、このこぶ蜜柑の苗木が実家に来てからと言うもの毎年蜜柑の木で育っていたアゲハチョウがなんと蜜柑の木からは姿を消し、このこぶ蜜柑の鉢に集まってしまう現象がおきています。
確かにとっても香りの良いバイ･マックルート＝こぶ蜜柑の葉。さぞかしアゲハチョウの幼虫も普通の蜜柑の葉より美味しい！のでしょう・・・。
いつになったら鉢から地面に引っ越せるのでしょう・・・。
お教室で使うバイ・マックルートがこの木でまかなえるようになるのは何時の事になるやら・・・。
今年はプリックチーファーキャオ（グリーン大唐辛子）も母にお願いして面倒を見てもらっており、いつ芽が出てくるか今とっても楽しみです！
今後、どじょういんげん、プリッキーヌスワン、ガパオなども育てようと計画中。

Very interesting and amusing subject. I read with great pleasure. I remember speaking to the professor of the class about how much I enjoyed the course and how fascinating it was to me, and he confessed that out of all of the classes he taught, abnormal psychology was his favorite as well.
