7月の自由が丘教室のレッスンメニューの3品。（ヤムウンセン、ムートードガティアムプリックタイ、ムーオップサポロット ）
夕立があったものの今日は朝から良いお天気！
中でもムー・トード。ガティアム・プリックタイ（ポークのニンニク風味揚げ）はお酒のおつまみにピッタリの1品！
スパイシーでさっぱりとしたヤム・ウンセン（春雨のスパイシーサラダ）はいくらでもいただけてしまいます。
ムー・オップ・サポロット（ポークとパイナップルの炒め煮）は辛くない中華系タイ料理。一見コッテリしているようですが以外にあっさりしていて豚肉とパイナップルの旨味がたっぷりのソースはご飯が思わずすすんでしまいます。
思わず「キンキンに冷えたビールを片手にいただきたい！」と思ったレッスン日でした。

Wow! It is like you understand my mind! You seem to know so much about this, just like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with some pics to drive the content home a bit, but other than that, this is wonderful blog post. A good read. I'll definitely return again.
I have to admit that this is one great insight. It certainly offers an organization the chance to get in on the ground flooring and actually take part in creating something special and tailored to their needs.
