今日は久しぶりの洗濯日和の1日。日差しが注ぐお部屋の紫陽花がとってもキレイです。
この大輪の紫陽花は、いつもお世話になっているJR幕張駅、京成幕張駅近くの老舗のお肉屋さん「田川肉店」さんに昨日いただきました。
奥様はお店のすぐそばにある京成線の線路沿いに紫陽花をこれから植えようと思ってらっしゃるとの事で、「下だけ必要だから上のお花は先生持ってって～！」（紫陽花はさし木で育つ）とこの大輪の紫陽花をいただいて帰ってきました。
お話しを伺っていると、奥様は以前から線路沿いにお花を植えていらっしゃるとの事で、植える時は早起きをして始発の電車が走る前に植えに行かれるとの事。
「電車が走り出したら危ないでしょ～、でも電車の窓越しにキレイなお花が 見えるって楽しいじゃない？」と。
ただでさえお忙しい奥様なのに・・・素晴らしい！
そんな奥様のステキなイキな心の紫陽花はよりいっそう美しく見えます。
「ゆっくり落ち着いてお花を生ける心の余裕が無い・・・」（言い訳？）とここずっとサボっている私。（ これでも昔はけっこうちゃんと生けてたのよ～。）
ちょっとお花があるだけでやっぱりお部屋の雰囲気が違って良い物ですね！
＊田川さん情報！→牛刺しを始めるそうです！これも又楽しみですよね～。
本日もレッスンの時に「田川さんのお肉はやっぱり違いますよね～」とのお声が！
ホントキレイなお肉（みずみずしいといったらよいでしょうか？）でお味も美味しい！と毎回思います。ご主人をはじめ、ご長男さんでいらっしゃるドレッドヘアのイケメンおにーちゃんのお肉に対する職人魂やお話しは「流石肉のプロ！」といつも思います。ついついお話しが面白く長居をしてしまいます。
「今日はこんなお料理をするんだけどどの部分のお肉が適してますか？」などなど、お料理にあったお肉を丁寧に説明して下さるし、何しろその場でひき肉やお肉スライスをしてくださるのが嬉しい！（お肉をショーケースに出しておくとお肉が焼けてしまうからあまり表に出さない）
HPはもうちょっと時間かかります～との事。
田川さんの先代は、現在「全国食肉協会の副理事」をなさっており、「明治屋」他に卸しているお肉屋さんです。
