茨城ローズポーク特選ヒレかつ定食（小･110ｇ、￥1260だったと・・・思う）
揚げ物は嫌いではないけれど、私は外でいただく揚げ物の油が合う合わないがけっこうあり、何処でおOKとはいかない。
とんかつも時々無性に食べたくなるものの、揚げ油が合わないとお店方には申し訳ないのですが半分以上は衣を外して食べる事になってしまう。
そんな私が衣を外さす完食！してしまうとんかつ店の１つ茨城ローズポークのとんかつ店「ねぼけ」。
注文後、まず運ばれてくるのがゴマの入った小さいすり鉢。（自分でゴマをすりすり）
トンカツは勿論美味しいのですが、お水、お米、野菜等、食材もお店のこだわりがあり、定食のご飯も美味しい。（千葉県多古町の多古米）
汁物は普通のお味噌汁か豚汁をチョイスでき、ご飯と千切りキャベツはおかわり自由。
柔らかく、肉の旨味があってカラットあっさり揚がった厚みのあるトンカツは、又食べに来たい！と思わせる。
お店の方が「まずはお塩で召し上がってみて下さい！」と。肉の旨味を更にお塩が引き立てトンカツ＆お塩は美味しい！
オリジナルのトンカツソースは甘・辛の2種類。スリスリしておいたゴマにお好みのソースを加えて。
たっぷり盛られた千切りキャベツはオリジナルドレッシングの「根昆布ドレッシング」と「ゴマドレッシング」で。「根昆布ドレッシング」もさっぱり＆コクがあって美味しい。
お塩のみでキャベツの味を楽しみながらいただくのも私は好きで、いつも最初の1杯は塩でいただき、おかわりキャベツは根昆布ドレッシングで。いつも必ずキャベツのおかわりはしてしまう。
こちらは茨城ローズポーク特選ロース定食（大・160ｇ、￥1650だったと・・・思う）のロースカツ。
口の中で甘味のある肉の油がジュワ～～～溶け出しジュシー。
私は油の少ないヒレが好みなのですが、油の旨味ジュワ～がお好きな方はやはりロースかと。
私がトンカツ、カツ丼が無性に食べたくなると車を飛ばしてgo！のトンカツ店の１つです。

What I wouldnt give to have a debate with you about this. You just say so many things that come from nowhere that Im fairly positive Id have a fair shot.
