この日は朝からあいにくの雨の1日となってしまったが友人と総勢6名で茨城県袋田温泉へ。皆それぞれ仕事の都合も有り、夕方までに宿集合。
この度の旅行のテーマは茨城グルメ＆温泉。何しろ皆、食べる事が大好き！美味しい物があれば何処でもgo！のメンバー。今回監事の私は1泊2日の短い時間の中で出来るだけ沢山茨城の美味しい物をいただける所は無いか・・・とネットで検索。
奥久慈鶏、常陸牛、岩魚、大子の湯葉、蕎麦etc・・・、とにかく1度にいろいろ頂け、野菜は自家製農園と契約農家の野菜を使用、1日限定6組、宿まで送迎バス有り！と言う創作会席料理「寿昌庵・けん坊」さんをみつけ予約を入れた。
宿からマイクロバスで約15分位、蛙の声が心地よく響く静かな山の中の1件屋のお食事処だった。お茶室も有り落ち着いた雰囲気で店内には趣きのある調度品が飾られ落ち着いたステキな空間だった。
器は大子町の陶芸家の作品。
まずは地ビールで乾杯、その後はワインを白・赤といただきながら、お料理の最後は大子の蕎麦で〆。
お料理、器、景色、空間をゆっくり味わえ、楽しく美味しいひと時を過ごしました。
この「けん坊」さん、お店に到着した際N先生が「やっぱりそうだ！数週間前にTVの何かの番組で放映してたのを観た！」と。なんと言う偶然！あらビックリ！のオマケ付でした。
