ソムタム とヤムタレー（シーフードのサラダ）
私が首と腰の椎間板ヘルニアでダウンしていた時、友人のTちゃんが「タイ料理が恋しくなるでしょう・・・。」とわざわざ船橋のアユタヤへ寄って、私の大好きなスパイシーなタイ料理他を届けてくれた。
この時の私は、利き腕の右手の握力が11まで落ちていて包丁を握るのも辛く、お料理 なんてとても出来る状態ではなかった。それこそ毎日ﾚﾄﾙﾄ食品、冷凍食品、コンビニ弁当、店屋物、週末母がタッパーにおかずを詰めて持って来てくれて冷凍庫にストックしていってくれたおかずなどをチンする日々だったので本当に嬉しかった。
Tちゃんの優しさに感謝しながら 久しぶりにとってもスパイシーなタイ料理（ Tちゃんは、辛いの大好き！な私用に「辛くしてね～」と注文してくれていた。） を、嬉しいのと辛さでホント涙を流しながら美味しくいただいた。
Tちゃん、あの時は本当にお世話になりました。そしていつもありがとう！又おいしいタイ料理食べに行こうね～。
