クイティオセンミー（1番細いライスヌードル）と他の具を油でカリカリに揚げて作ります。具はパッタイと似ています。
宮廷料理の1品なんですが、ほんのり甘く香ばしいのでスナックとしてもいただけるお料理です。
作るのにちょっと手間はかかるけど私の大好きなタイ料理の1品です。
