ウンセン→春雨。タイ緑豆春雨は、茹でる、煮込む、炒めるなどしてもコシが残っており、1度使ったらこのシコシコした歯ごたえがクセになります。
サラダと言うと冷たいイメージがありますが、ヤムウンセンは茹でたて春雨をすぐにドレッツシングであえるのでまだ温かみの残っているサラダとなります。
